F1 Visa Interview experience of Manu Ananthaneni at Chennai Consulate on 24-11-2014

VO looks aged around 50 (Male) very serious and he rejected 2 F1 visas and 1 H1 visa in front of me he is not even asking more than one question, but I was very confident and maintained a decent smile on my face

Here it goes
Waved his hand towards him
ME: "Good morning sir"
VO: No response
ME: just waiting for him to respond back
VO: "Give me your passport"
ME: Passed my passport and also I-20
VO: Just took my passport only (scanned the barcode on the back side of my passport, looked at the system for 5 seconds)
ME: Eagerly waiting for a question from vo
VO: "Sorry I can't Issue you a visa right now, but you can apply again"
ME: (Shocked I didn't even understood what just happened, he didn't even asked me any question and realised he is giving me a 214B form with my passport) just said "It's ok sir, Thank you any way"
